入金 / Deposit
自托管收款最低 100 USDT（TRC20）。应付数量与入账数量一致：充多少到账多少，入金阶段不附加发卡费或服务费。每位用户使用独立收款地址， 按整数金额付款即可。
Self-custody deposits start at 100 USDT (TRC20). You receive what you send: no issuance or service fee is added at deposit. Each customer has a dedicated receive address, so invoices use clean integer amounts.
开卡费 / Card issuance fee
每张虚拟卡在开卡时收取固定 5 USDT 发卡费，并从可用余额中扣除， 不计入入金应付总额。
A fixed 5 USDT issuance fee is charged when a card is opened, deducted from available balance — not from the deposit invoice.
开卡服务费 / Open-card service fee
开卡使用的额度按 5% 收取服务费，同样在开卡时扣除。例如开卡额度 100 USDT， 服务费 5 USDT。
A 5% service fee on the funded card size is charged at open-card time (e.g. 5 USDT on a 100 USDT funding size).
换成欧元 / Convert to EUR
将 USDT 账本换成欧元进入 4Payments 通道时，按发卡通道实时规则与汇率结算（含通道相关费用）。 换汇完成后的欧元余额用于消费与开卡，一般不再按入金原路退回。
Converting USDT ledger balance into EUR follows 4Payments live rules and rates. After conversion, EUR is for spend / card use and is generally not refundable as the original deposit.
退款缓冲 / Refund buffer
在尚未换成欧元前，USDT 账本余额可申请人工退回（链上网络费可能不可退）。已进入 4P 的欧元余额 仅可用于消费。请保留交易哈希以便核对。
Before EUR conversion, USDT ledger balances may be refunded manually (network fees may be non-refundable). EUR already in 4Payments is for spend only. Keep transaction hashes for review.
网络费用 / Network fees
区块链网络费、交易所提币费或钱包服务费由相关平台收取，不包含在 MekoPay 入金应付总额内。
Blockchain, exchange withdrawal, or wallet fees are charged by their providers and are not included in the MekoPay deposit total.
