费用公式 / Fee formula
应付总额 = 卡内初始余额 + 5 USDT 发卡费 + 卡内初始余额的 5% 服务费。申请页会在付款前实时列出每一项金额。
Total due = starting card balance + a 5 USDT card issuance fee + a 5% service fee on the starting balance. Every amount is shown before payment.
发卡费 / Card issuance fee
每张虚拟卡收取固定 5 USDT 发卡费，并计入申请时显示的应付总额。
A fixed 5 USDT issuance fee applies to each virtual card and is included in the total shown during the application.
初始余额服务费 / Starting balance service fee
初始卡内余额按 5% 收取服务费。例如，选择 10 USDT 卡内余额，服务费为 0.50 USDT。
The starting card balance carries a 5% service fee. For example, a 10 USDT starting balance has a 0.50 USDT service fee.
订单识别金额 / Unique payment amount
自建收款内测仅支持 USDT/TRC20。支付单会在上述基础金额上增加不足 0.01 USDT 的订单识别尾数，并在付款前显示六位小数的最终应付金额。请在 30 分钟有效期内按完整金额转账，不要取整；到账后仅进入待人工结算，不会自动发卡。
The self-custody pilot accepts USDT/TRC20 only. Each invoice adds a unique fractional amount of less than 0.01 USDT to the base amount above. The final six-decimal total is displayed before payment. Send that exact amount within 30 minutes without rounding. Confirmed receipts await manual settlement; cards are not issued automatically.
网络费用 / Network fees
区块链网络费、交易所提币费或钱包服务费由相关平台收取，不包含在 MekoPay 显示的应付总额内。
Blockchain network, exchange withdrawal, or wallet fees are charged by their respective providers and are not included in the MekoPay total.
金额异常 / Payment exceptions
少付、多付、重复或过期付款可能无法自动对应订单，请保留交易哈希并联系人工核对。错误币种或网络不在本收款监听范围内，不保证能够找回。因第三方网络产生且不可退回的成本，可能从可退款金额中扣除。
Underpayments, overpayments, duplicate or late transfers may not match an invoice automatically. Keep the transaction hash and request manual reconciliation. Unsupported tokens and networks are not monitored, and recovery is not guaranteed. Irrecoverable third-party network costs may be deducted from any refundable amount.
